Yeah. Anything sold at a bike store should be fine. A lot of fixie dudes used to wear skateboarding helmets cuz they "looked cool" but those aren't made to take as high of impacts. Don't do that.

I used to be pretty casual on the trails when I was joyriding, but now with a bike that regularly gets me up to 17-18 mph I always wear the damn helmet. I probably should have been before :oops:

Almost everything is MIPS nowadays. If its not it's a sign that it's old or cheap, imo.
