It's worth listening to him talk and the content of his answers. I think what's most interesting though is what he says about being in the military: mainly, what made him leave and his conflicted feelings about being a good soldier. There's a lot of reflection there that you know, most Nazi's wouldn't have good answers for. I don't think he's ever been a Nazi, he's way too thoughtful to be that closed minded. It sounds like he went to get a tattoo when he was young and stupid and in the military in the old eastern bloc country and got the most badass looking tattoo he saw on the wall. I've certainly made bad decisions like this in my youth, not knowing what everything around me means. I also think that I'm not the only person in the country that is tired of the idea that every politician has to be perfect from the moment they were born. That's not real. Everyone makes mistakes. What's important is how they learn from their mistakes and how it shapes them. Admit mistakes, talk about how they made you what you are today. If the dude was a true nazi, why doesn't he just run as a MAGA like everyone else with that mindset?b It's been a winning strategy. If he was ratfucking a primary, he's working overtime to be everything that he is not. It just doesn't make sense.

I'm not saying you need to like the guy. But some of people's answers are that he's just a Nazi because of his tattoo, which I have to admit, I didn't know was a Nazi tattoo either.

I don't know Mills, if she's a corporate dem or a true progressive. It seems like people are tired of dinosaurs continuing to run for office and clinging to power. That's how I feel. And I don't think Platner's perfect, but I've liked what he's been saying. I'm not from Maine, though, so I guess it doesn't matter. I do know people want change from the old way of doing politics. Those days are over thanks to Trump.
