I said this somewhere else but I can listen to Gish, which Corgan said was a Jane’s Addiction ripoff but SD… I find it “thrilling”. I honestly have zero time for a note this band wrote after SD but it’s one of my top 10. If they’d broken up after this record I think their reputation would be far higher.
