As far as the Blame Blair/Bush thing--I'm split. I understand that these lesser people (bombers) are truly to blame for this bullshit, but I can't help but to think that the Pres and his Cohorts really haven't made our world all that much better or safer. I don't know if Al Q wouldn't have done this if we had bombed the fuck out of them as opposed to Iraq, but somewhere in the back of my mind, I feel that our Pres and his bitch, Blair showed them that when they attack us, we'll do nothing.

kerble, i think this is pretty uneccesary, at best. yes, bizarre. YES BIZARRE. it's too early for me to give any, uh, insightful political commentary and i figured it's pretty obvious without saying anything that everyone is pretty glad that the london posters are ok. i can say that i'm interested in seeing who, in the future, ends up claiming the attack... besides this "al q group in europe" who, evidently, have very poor arabic grammar. someone said on the news "al q have excellent grammar, they take a great bit of pride in the arabic language. they even have a media coordinator..."

I think most other Londoners here would agree it was a matter of "when" not "if". Hopefully that was "it", in a fucked-up way I'm kind of relieved.
