Hey, pity the poor SEC. Many of those teams are awesome, but the best team in that conference could emerge with two losses. Other than Florida, no team in that conference has a prayer of playing in the national championship game despite the fact that a half dozen of these SEC teams would absolutely prison rape a pretender like Louisville.

By "prison rape," do you mean "winning by six points" as #4 Florida did against mighty Vanderbilt on Saturday?

Or maybe you mean "muster a goal line stand to prevent a potential tie so you can win by eight points" as #2 Michigan did against that gridiron juggernaut Ball State. That's right: Michigan gave up 26 points to David Letterman's alma mater. So much for the punishing defenses of the Big 10.

Perhaps by "prison rape" you mean "winning by a touchdown" as #1 Ohio State did against the lowly Illini.

Do you really mean to say that Louisville could not beat Vanderbilt, Illinois, or Ball fucking State as convincingly as your hallowed Big 10 and SEC teams did? Or, conversely, that the Cards couldn't give Ohio State or Michigan as good a game as Illinois or Testicle Tech?

Please. Take your Big East bias for what it is: a prejudice. Your arguments for Louisville's throne-pretending are as flimsy as Joe Pa's shinbone. Or, if your prefer, Ronnie Lester's.

Louisville has been courting non-conference games with SEC teams. The only two that have accepted are Georgia and Vanderbilt, and Vandy recently pulled out of its agreement to play U of L home-for-home.

If Louisville's so weak, why won't these half a dozen prison rapists play the Cards? Huh?

By the way, I think I have arrived at a more accurate definition of "prison rape":

31-7: the score by which Louisville dismantled Miami, one of those teams who left the Big East for the ACC because the Big East is so fucking weak.

or how 'bout 33-0: the score by which Rutgers blanked Illinois, a team the Buckeyes only beat by a touchdown.

Please don't call me "bro."

If you're in east Tennessee, why aren't you crowing about the Vols? They'd give the Cards a much better game.

Yeah, I'll be lucky to see the fourth quarter, having scheduled a poetry reading at the college tonight without first consulting the U of L football schedule (rookie move). In all honesty, I wouldn't have expected this game to have half this importance, but I'm certainly glad it does.

By the way, did you all see ESPN outing the SEC as having, with the excpetion of Georgia, refused to play Louisville? Like he said, if Auburn and Florida and Tennessee wanna claim Louisville has a weak schedule and that they (and their conference) is so much better, they should put their jocks where their mouth is and play the Cards.
