i was lucky enough to have some three floyds brews before, they are great.

anything from the following craft brewers will be fantastic:

avery brewing co.
bell's
dogfish head
founders
rogue
stone brewing co.
three floyds

off the top of my head, those are my favorites. you can look at their websites to see which ones have distribution in your area.

Miller Light.
I am sooo serious. It is a good Pilsner. I grew up drinking "Pilsner", a popular brand in Western Canada (for those Canadians, it seems to be the official beer of Corner Gas?) and couldn't find anything in America that even came close for years. Then I had a Miller Light, expecting it to be High Life-like swill. No! Not at all! It was wonderful.

But my beer tastes tend towards white trash, and I am not adding anything to this thread. So might I suggest a fine Quebec brew called Modite? It is a serious high test beer (about 8% I think?) but doesn't taste like trashy high test beers usually do...it's dark and rich and there's a picture of Satan on every bottle.

Maudite. it's kind of nasty but it's a very efficient source of alcohol.
