This guy is called Wayne Kaa.
He is famous for making and wearing costumes based on anime characters.

My mom's first boyfriend's name was Les Muchmore. I've always found this hard to believe, but google affirms that he wasn't the only one.

I may have mentioned this before but for a long time my sister, brother and I have been trying to make a joke where the punchline is "Jeremy Irons".
