In all this talk about guitar players who happen to be in possession of that dark hole of mystery known as the vagina, has anybody mentioned Larissa Strickland? No longer with us but fuck if she didn't make her impact.

Also should drop a nod here to GI's Tom Lyle. While every late eighties emo skate putz dressed like a wiggy jock and thought that cunt Brian Baker was some sort of guitar god for introducing processed pop-metal leads to punk rock, Tom Lyle played just as cleanly, was more creative and wrote better hooks.

Mostly because he really has a distinctive style that's his own. I know there are other slide guitar players out there but I can't seem to think of anyone that has the same guitar sound. With Doo Rag he started playing pretty typical and somewhat sloppy delta blues style of guitar but since then has taken that and developed it into something his own.
