Let it be noted that we have our first NOT CRAP vote for Guns 'n' Roses. I had no idea that it could happen. Short of throwing Depeche Mode into the mix, I thought that Guns 'n' Roses was the most incontrovertible CRAP band that I could list. I was wrong.
I think that now would be an appropriate time to end this thread.

Clash, The: not crap
Doors, The: crap, the lizard king could do everything but write and sing
Guns 'n' Roses: crap
Pixies, The: not crap
Public Enemy: crap
Smiths, The: crap
Who, The: not crap, close one though, I'm not a big fan of Dahltrey. Entwhistle and Moon, however; its like having god and satan in the same band.
ZZ Top: another tough one, though I don't feel they deserve point one for originality, they were good at what they did.
AC/DC: not crap
The Cure: crap
Siouxsie and the Banshees: not crap
Stereolab: not crap
Ministry: crap
Replacements: crap
Tom Petty: not crap, Mr. Petty is a very amiable chap.
Black Flag: not crap
Rollins: vain poppin out of your forehead crap

Stevie Ray Vaughn & Double Trouble: crap
My Bloody Valentine: not crap
Dinosaur Jr: crap
Smashing Pumpkins: based on their albums alone they would not be crap, but I saw them twice and both times Billy couldn't hold it together vocally, so crap.
The Flaming Lips: not crap, Steve Drozd was a breath of fresh air on the kit when I saw them this spring.

TALKING HEADS: not crap, A guy like David Byrne only has two options in life...musician or serial killer. Lucky for us he picked up the axe rather than the hatchet.

paula abdul: She is the pinnacle of modern musicccccrrrraaaappppp!!! I'm not sure she even qualifies for crap status. More of a dingleberry, really.
michael jackson: crap, I feel sorry for him though. He never got the chance to be a man. Now he's the mental equivalent to a radioactive mutant child sit-com actor. A very talented mo-fo in '84.
