at band practice yesterday i walked a few spaces down to bum a smoke. i struck up a little conversation with the band about the goings on of the space and whatnot. he asked if we were the band on the corner, and what our name was. i said, it's us, autonomous nerves. he said, he liked it and it reminded him of don cab.

we have no guitar player, no double kick pedal, no loop pedals or delays. wtf.
buy my guitar. now with pictures!

I knew this drummer who was totally into Don Caballero, and remember him playing it for me. I think the album was called "What Burns Never Returns" or something like that.

Damon Che is a very good drummer.

It was some of the most unreservedly boring music I've ever heard.

based on that experience, CRAP, but I can't vote in the poll because I don't think I have enough experience with the music to give it a full vote of Crapitude.
Life...life...I know it's got its ups and downs.

Yeah I'd hold off. I think its been scientifically proven that most people don't actually "hear" Don Cab initially. It takes prolonged exposure, although above average blood levels of THC can reduce the exposure time.

SWORDS got reviewed after our first show.. The reviewer said we had elements of Soundgarden, The White Stripes, Death From Above (1979) and Queens Of The Stone Age.

Go figure.

I was just trying to rip-off Oxes songs, on bass.
