A lot of these people aren't exactly underrated are they? I think if you've been in a guitar magazine you kind of don't qualify.

I forgot one major one, if there's a better guitarist out there than Asa Osbourne I'd like to form a band with him/her:

Not "punk" in the DK sense, but Marco Pirroni from Adam and the Ants has that kind of sound, to me at least. I bet I spelled his name incorrectly.
