The grill material is available at any hardware store, usually back in the area where they have sheets of metal and chain and such. The home improvement stores may not carry it, so you'll have to got to a real old-fashioned hardware store. It is easy to cut w/ a reciprocating saw or a jigsaw w/ a metal blade. It also destroys fingers, which is a good way to keep members of Police Teeth from getting too upity.

i just picked these up for $65 a piece.
they're loaded with EVM 15L's (unfortunately, the 200 watters, though i'm certainly not complaining). they sound great.
