No, I don't care.
But I have NOTHING TO DO AT WORK TODAY. and Tom Cruise was really good in Magnolia.

a water-tester, eh? it was definitely over my head. i read it a good three of four times before i went "oh yeah" and ignored it.
"actually give a shit about this stuff?" i have a brain, and it's capable of processing information that comes into it, that's about as far as it goes. i don't spend any time thinking about the two of them, maybe about 10 seconds every once in a while? do i "give a shit"? not really. but i can still formulate an opinion and make some bad jokes.

hey! my family has lived off of arranged marriages for centuries! who knows how many of my grandfathers would have ended up homos without it! i say GO TOM! cause clearly he's gay, and sort of fucking FREAKED ME OUT on oprah, and katie holmes is kinda creepy (but played an excellent valium eating slut in ice storm) but hot... it's perfect. two hot creepos into BJs over vaginal, and two summer blockbusters i'm totally psyched for!!!!!!

Jesus Epileptic Christ, but I hate Tom Cruise. Bad actor, self-hating closeted homosexual, high-school dropout and whacked-out know-it-all Scientologist ... can you imagine a more fucked up combination? I don't know and don't care a damn thing about Katie Holmes, but I feel bad for any woman, man or child dragged into his loathsome orbit.
BTW, I concede that he was very good in Magnolia. But he was also playing an arrogant asshole in very deep denial. This surely was second nature for him.
