A bun that doesn t fall apart and you can actually get it in your mouthBoth of the Red Hot Ranch locations have a GREAT burg. That's the place to be.FM four\_oclocker\_2 is far from wrong. I love everything about RHR. Delicious, cheap as fuck and zero bullshit. Pretty much a perfect burger in my mind. Absolutely incredible fries as well. They do a great little basket of fried shrimps as well!^That they do!And thank you for the kind words, FM jacobwilliam. You literally cannot fuck up ordering anything off of that menu. So great, bring cash.

They got a bigger fat burger too but the thin patty burgers are tops. Though they aren't super grumpy.

Does anyone have a recommendation for chilaquiles in Chicago? I've read Tiztal Cafe is good.

But I strongly suggest going when you don't mind waiting a while. I've been there twice and the service is friendly but really slow there. If you don't mind waiting, you'll be fine.Haven't been yet, but La Catedral is known for their chilaquiles. They have about a dozen different varieties on the menu.

Pat'si grew up on Villa Nova as a kid, as well as the occasional Freddy's diversion. i dont think i fully appreciated how spoiled i was growing up in the near west burbs.protip: order your Villa Nova well done. adds a nice little char the regular cook time is still good in its own way but i like a crunch to the edge of the cracker crust
