Guitarist Seeks to form Powerful Rock Band (albany / el cerrito)

Ladies and Gentlemen,
by power I mean the ability to control the emotions within your instrument from delicate spider web to crushing sledgehammer, and elevating the audiences emotional and spacial awareness. I would ideally like to form a group with many facets and influences..the closest thing I can think of is Godspeed Y.B.E! meets Tool and King Crimson fused into a band of sound architects. It sounds like a heavy notion and it is...I hope that some other like minds might respond to this.
All instruments/orchestration will be considered. We need a core that could possibly expand into a collective of sorts. I have gear and transportation. I am not a flake but quite serious when it comes to The Art. I play heavy and light with various tonalities...
Some influences of mine: dreamy melting sounds, bone crushingly heavy parts, rhythmic alchemy, melodic power, tonal/atonal experiment pieces, landscape dramas revealed in waves of sound...we can also talk bands if you're interested.
