No one ever had any intention of ever leaving anyone anywhere. It was never an issue. It's good that strangers were concerned about him, but any accusations of his friends leaving alone by the roadside were completely unwarranted.

If anyone was violent towards him, it was 100% not Jim nor Fun Ender. They're just not violent people, even when drunk. I guess Kevin woke up in the middle of the night once on tour kicking and screaming at a sleeping bag, but he was already asleep in the car that night.

Thank you for articulating that better than I could.

He socked people, he grabbed a butt, he was drunk. Really, it's no big deal.

HA! I knew it...

If there were an emoticon to show hugging someone around the shoulder and grinning saying "this guy... this is the guy...." It'd go right here.

Wow. Your name is quite extraordinarily poetically unusual.

It's like "Buzz Whizz" or "Fudd Mesiter" or "Toot Perry" or "Minfy Loafen".

Salut, Chaz Brackx...

...if that is your real name! :-)

Just to throw in 2 cents. I was punched in the lower back for nothing by this little whistler. He was sitting on the railing as I was talking and sucker punched me in the back, not exactly a love tap either. I believe we have all been drunk at some point, even too drunk. I have never punched anyone. So being tied to a railing and having a bit of bad beer poured on him doesnt seem like such a bad punishment. A bit childish perhaps, but not a frat party prank, he would have just been pissed on and the beer saved. I dont buy the "oh he was just drunk" thing. Whenever I have drank and had too much and done something stupid, I accept the consequences, I believe he got off pretty easy. Regardless if hes a nice guy sober, he was a mean drunk then.

It was a great night. I loved it. I just wish I hadnt been punched in the mean time.

as for the guy who lost his brother, i'm glad that you finally found him. that's a hell of a walk to make sober or drunk. i would have helped you but i was off trying to find someone else who took off walking in the neighborhood.

as for the guy that got bungy-corded to the fence, he did infact punch at least one person in the back before being bungy-corded to the fence. if you're going to be a drunk asshole, expect to be treated in such a manner.

plain and simple, you are responsible for your own actions. also, people need to find out the facts before passing judgement.

to anyone who actually had a good time at the party, i thank you for coming.
