it's in "where i'm calling from", the newer mini anthology version. last story in the book. defintiely worth the bother.

I know that it's no substitute for an actual, tangible book, but Project Gutenberg offers The Kreutzer Sonata for download. I have never read it, but I do remember reading Andrea Dworkin's opinions about it in her book Intercourse. To put it simply, she didn't like it.
