Speaking of Hell, I preferred Richard Hell’s I Was A Very Clean Tramp to any of Patti Smith’s books. It features the best writing about Verlaine that I’ve ever read, and there’s been a lot.

Marquee Moon, but it’s not really a contest. And I used to listen to Horses a lot growing up.

Finally connected with the first few PS albums after years of them not really resonating, but it's still Marquee Moon by a landslide.
