Better band... Polvo, or Unwound?

This is hard. I love both bands. But since Unwound terminated their career with such a bland last album, I would have to say Polvo.
Heck, even if Unwound went out in a blaze of greatness, Polvo is the better band.
Better production, better tunes, more diversity and variety in the music.
Of couse, Steve Fisk's production of Unwound was so right for their sound. The last one (Leaves...) was so wrong sounding. That, and it was boring.
Yeah... Polvo is a band that I wish would make a come-back, but I have a feeling it will never happen. I consider myself very lucky to see them play live back in the day.

Gotta go with Unwound.
Perhaps it's unwise to vote at all...considering I'll only have seen Polvo by the end of the month and that I probably won't see Unwound until they reunite in like 2011/2.

The first time I ever heard either of those bands it was on a Polvo/Unwound/Sonic Youth triple ticket in Memphis Tn.
Polvo wins but I like Unwound just fine. They were not great at that show though.

Although I used to enjoy them more than I do now, I go with Unwound. Polvo has always made me think of artie-indie hipster kids and, as a result, sort of annoys me.

I have yet to hear both of these bands. I might stop by the record store today on my way to work? any recommendations?
