Every line of Withnail, absolutely. Especially Uncle Monty.

And Venkman, you took one of my favorites, that Kahn line from Blazing Saddles. Pretty much every scene having anything to do with her or Korman is full of pitch-perfect dialogue.

The two that leaped to mind first:

Nick Cage in Wild At Heart, as he casually lights his smoke in front of a gang of 5 or 6 guys clearly about to kick his ass: "What do you faggots want?"

Ted Knight, whose every syllable is comedy gold in Caddyshack, lecturing Danny: "I've sent boys younger than you to the gas chamber. Didn't want to do it. Felt I...owed it to them."

The way he has his hands in his pockets and smugly raises up on his toes when he says "owed" is just priceless.

"Why did you kiss my ear?

Why are you holding my hand?

Where's your other hand?

Between two pillows.

I'd totally forgotten about Wild At Heart. I think my brother's favorite line closes the scene your talking about. Cage post-clock cleaning "I'm sorry I referred to you gentlemen as homosexuals."

I first watched Dogville shortly after losing my job thanks to one particularly cuntish boss, in spite working ridiculous amounts of overtime. This film really resonated with me at the time!
