I’m curious to see how that would work out in the toilet. I imagine it to be an intestinal speedball.
Good point, sans Cigarettes not quit the issue. However I may have seen Intestinal Speedball on a Saturday Matinee at Satyricon with Napalm Beech.

some days for breakfast I will have toast with cream cheese or neufchatel with my coffee, and if I'm feeling fancy I will add some goat cheese to that mix. Not sure if that truly counts as pairing but it does not taste bad together.
Yeah, I would think that you'd want something really creamy and bland - inoffensive, almost like adding a bit of cream to your coffee. Cream cheese would work, but goat cheese has that hint of grassy/gameyness to my palate that would interfere with the coffee. But that's me, and for daily morning coffee I drink it black, so.....there's that to consider.

Maybe a sweet / dessert style cheese? I'm out of my lane on this one.

There is a cheese that the people up north eat, known specifically as coffee cheese. You can put it right in the cup or have it on the side. It's made from reindeer milk and I think baked in an oven. Fresh, milky, a little grainy, a little sweet. Delicious.

Had a quick look around and this store appears to ship overseas if you're interested.

EDIT: Yeah, the same as in the picture above.

Super intrigued.
I didn't convert currency correctly and almost bought $217 CAD worth of this cheese.
DIY and die anyway.
