This is worth a shot here I suppose. This is a friend/neighbor to several FMs in the eastern part of Logan Square. Fraudulent charges have been made on her card, including to Groupon (don't know if any of 'us' still work there). City bag tax starts on February 1.It was supposed to start on January 1 this year but they're holding off. Covers any disposable bag, including paper.
