Well, they've played Memphis once, in 2001. It was one of the best shows I've ever seen. Maybe they'll be in my vicinity for the full band tour. If not, I'm travelin'.
I am driving up for the Chicago, Madison, and Minneapolis Kadane Brothers shows with Bottomless Pit. I am really excited about this, and about the new record! And the tour after the new record!
TNY are the least crap currently active band.

The Minneapolis show is going to be great. I am very excited to see the Kadane Bros "solo", not to mention The Pit

It is true, TNY was just on the West Coast last summer. Where else but in drug-addled Portland, OR are you going to find a donut like this?
Current (tentative) schedule: TX/West Coast dates in September. Eastern/Midwestern US dates in October. Europe in November.
Details to come, but suffice to say: if you live in the sticks, a visit to greyhound.com may be in your future. Please come say hello to me behind the sound booth/at the merch booth/in the office, haggling with the promoter.
