Best video game controller? It looks pretty awesome, but for my wee hands the saturn pad is the best, or maybe an ascii pad/stick.
ps. there are still new games coming out for dreamcast.
I don't play Street Fighter. Only sports games.
The arcade stick is exactly the same as the controls on an actual arcade machine. Exactly the same.
So good.
I always thought the Steel Battalion controller was pretty hilarious/absurd:
I've never seen one in real life.

my old best friend's dad was en ex Mattel VP. He had Intellivision I, II, and all the games. I think he might have even had some prototype stuff that never made it to market.

I certainly don't blame him/her for the condition of this console, but the net effect is that I cannot play any Xbox 360 DVD games--they freeze up at random intervals. Microsoft would charge me $140 to take a look at it. I'm wondering whether to just cut my loss and throw it away. It cost me $430.
Microsoft extends Xbox360 warranty to 1 year.
You bought it from me in February and I gave you the receipt, so there's no reason it should cost you anything to have it repaired.

They told me that the warranty was for 90 days over the phone, and that it would cost $140 for repair. I do still have the receipt, but they said that didn't matter.
It plays movie DVDs fine and works online swell. I'm probably going to send it in next month.
EDIT: Ahhh, I just saw the link. Thanks for that.

It was for 90 days. It is now for 1 year, as the post article (from a week ago) suggests.
Enjoy.

Ever tried playing a game called Earthbound? This snes game shares the same good qualities as the name Special Agent Dale Cooper, the soundtrack is fucked up, and the gameplay is alright too.
Copies of it sell for good money on ebay because it has retained its popularity over the years, which is unusual for a video game.
This website explains it better:

If you still don't like Super Nintendo, fair enough.

Useless as a waffle iron perhaps. Terrible as a telecommunications device. But as for whether you're alone in thinking this, I couldn't say.
At least 49,000,000 people (20,000,000 in the US alone) would disagree with you.
I mean, it seemed like the Genesis had better games and the PS1 was about to take over. Am I wrong?
Did a lot of you gamers like the SNES?
Clayfighter?
