I sometimes listen to the "Guilty" maxi-single by ALL. It's objectively cringe.
"Objectively..." feels like a bit of a stretch...Krev wrote: Thu Oct 14, 2021 7:20 pm I sometimes listen to the "Guilty" maxi-single by ALL. It's objectively cringe.
I'll always love Jim Croce, just for the memories.
I like that album too. Walter Murphy, the guy who did 'A Fifth of Beethoven', is the same guy who did the Family Guy theme.jason from volo wrote: Mon Oct 11, 2021 8:12 pm Saturday Night Fever soundtrack.
Had the vinyl playing in the basement, singing “More Than a Woman” at the top of my lungs.
Ear worm.
Wife gets home. I’m still singing it. “WTF? I hate that song!”
I don’t know what to tell you.
Funny story - I found a Jim Croce songbook at the library for 5 bucks that I purchased b/c I wanted to learn how to play 'Workin' at the Car Wash Blues' (my favorite song by him), I later discovered that the pages with the tabs for 'Time in a Bottle' had been ripped out. I guess someone only just wanted that song.
Dude, High n Dry is probably the only good Def Lep album, but it's so good. The only way one should listen to Bringin' On The Heartbreak is if it is immediately followed by Switch 625.TonyAsh wrote: Sun Feb 20, 2022 10:53 am Lately I haven't been able to stop listening to Def Leppard's High n' Dry album and...it honestly feels sort of gross and embarrassing, but I can't deny my love for this record anymore.
This all started when I was watching the season four finale of Cobra Kai recently and heard a cool sounding instrumental track during the closing credits. Lo and behold, it was "Switch 625." And then I was hooked.
