These units go NEW for less than that, though, so you shouldn't have a tough time finding one almost anywhere, new OR used, for less than your target price.
It's an AWESOME pedal, though. My band uses it ALL the time, the sampling is just wicked.

7i prefer the headrush,personally
its less confusing to use musically, its built with better parts and is more reliable, it looks better...
but the thing that sold me is that the loops fade out as you overdub new ones on the line6.. i mean, this could be an interesting option.. but only as an option.
there are some drawbacks on the headrush.. the non-loop delays totally suck, and it lacks a lot of the features of the line6.. but overall i would go with it.
