Oh, how NOT CRAP! The best kind of chocolate.

There's a European white+milk chocolate egg called "Kinder Surprise" which is just great when you're 5 years old. It comes with a little toy inside too. Expensive in 1981, but I somehow convinced my mom to buy me one every so often. That taste....mmmmmmmmm.....yeah!!

Also, white chocolate is useful in other ways. Without it, only white babies would get messy faces from eating their chocolate treats.

i agree that kinder eggs are a highlight of visiting europe, and finding them in america is a treat. on the other hand, white chocolate on its own or as a truffle is very ridiculous. these chocolates have a bland flavor. when i taste highly concentrated dark chocolate, there is a certain flavor that is very rich and satisfying. i don't think the flavor should be diluted so heavily. white chocolate is all of the crap, and none of the chocolate.
