Everyone will hate my source on this, but like that's anything new.

If you've been watching all the press conferences by the cops in the aftermath of Monday's slaughter, you have seen that campus police chief really carefully choosing his words to explain what the police were doing during the two hour gap between the morning shooting and the classroom attacks.

prison planet.com 4-20-07 wrote:Police and EMT workers at Virginia Tech tell us that campus police were given a federal order to stand down and not pursue killer Cho Seung-Hui as Monday's bloodshed unfolded.

Though wishing to remain anonymous for obvious reasons, we have received calls from police and EMT's who tell us that a stand down order was in place, and this is also confirmed by eyewitness Matt Kazee, who is a student at VA Tech.

Kazee talked to local EMT's and police who told him the same thing, that the order was to wait until federal back up arrived before any action was taken. This explains the complete non-response of the police in the two hour gap between Cho's first two murders and the wider rampage that would follow later that morning.

The policy of federal control over the University was put in place following a previous shooting in August 2006 in which a police officer and a hospital security guard were killed.

Kurt Nimmo on strange VT coincidences:
As “News Commentary” on the Truthseeker website notes, Virginia Tech is an “active partner” with DARPA, the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency. In addition, the CIA actively recruits VT students, holding events the spook agency bills as “career information” sessions.

“News Commentary” claims “Blacksburg, VA houses a US government ABOVE TOP SECRET underground laboratory (in the side of a local Blacksburg mountain) that develops in conjunction with DARPA, weapons such as human robotic mind control programming.” A Google search, however, turns up no mention of mind control experiments, of course, but there is plenty of reference to the “Deep Underground Science and Engineering Laboratory… 7,000 feet under Butt Mountain” in Blacksburg.

From watching that freak's videos, I have a suspicion ( what else is new? ) that this kid was fucked up on more than the different anti-depressants he was on. He did not read 'his words' for the camera like he was all that familiar with them. He read them like he was reading something out of a phonebook. His tone was weird, like he was somewhat detached from the meaning of the words. It reminded me of the prepared statements that hostages are forced to read, when it's very obvious that words are being put in their mouths. Maybe some 'split' in his schizophrenic mind, maybe some type of hypnotic state.

Just my ruminations. A manchurian candidate assassin? I don't know. I would not 100% rule out some 'implanted suggestions' in that kid's head. He certainly marched through his murder campaign with military precision.

Kurt Nimmo on the Cho videos:
If we are to believe the emerging timeline of events, Cho Seung-Hui killed a woman and her RA in a dorm, went back to his dorm and captured a QuickTime video rant, burned a DVD, trekked to the post office with two 9mm weapons in tow, mailed the DVD, along with photos and miscellaneous writings to NBC, and then marched over to Norris Hall and killed another thirty or so people execution-style.

Add to this a bevy of “experts” on television this evening declaring Cho Seung-Hui to be obviously paranoid schizophrenic. Excuse me, but paranoid schizophrenics, minus medication, have a difficult time stitching two coherent sentences together, let alone methodically engaging in homicide, managing to escape undetected, and then recording thoughts after the fact and conjuring up the wherewithal to send out a press release.

I’m not buying it.

finish that article here

Please, if you are going to beat me up for this post, don't try some 'no compassion for the victims' attack. I grieve for the victims. But I also keep my eyes open for inconsistencies between media spin and the facts.

This is not totally unbelievable, but most of me just thinks the kid was nuts and reason for seeming detached in his speech/reading of his "manifesto" was just the fact that he was in a psychotic state or just doesn't have a very theatrical presence. On the other hand, if I'm going to entertain the notion of mind-control or recruiting (again, most of me thinks not), a complete loner with feelings of nothing to lose from a stoic ethnic (with a history of unchecked mental problems) seems like a perfect candidate.

Wow, you are an asshole. I see why ClockerBob loses his cool so frequently.

Thanks, but don't push your defense of me. It's not worth it. Let me take the abuse- that's my game plan. There's no need for you to endure hostility on my behalf ( but don't let an asshole like BC try and scare you away from asking questions; he doesn't keep the list of allowable questions, he only thinks he does...)

I've known nearly psychotic kids when I was growing up who spoke in the same way as Cho did on that video. He was psychotic and generally detatched from reality and extremely insecure and uncomfortable. Plus his native language is not English. Of course his tone and way of speech is odd.

Who was he programmed to assassinate? The RA's and TA's? Come on. Not everything is smoke and mirrors. You give the clowns who've run our government for the last 60 years way too much credit.

We've all known people we thought were capable of things like this, especially between the ages of 13-25. They talked that way and claimed to feel that way. I've known one or two who actually acted on those psychotic feelings and words. Usually people like this just kill themselves if they do anything. Sometimes they take others with them. Most don't have the courage or enough despair to snuff themselves or anyone else. Or they get the help they need and work through it or at least manage it.

I can believe local police were told to stand down due to the inevitable turf battles between agencies and local and federal government. It's very possible. We've seen time and time again in the last 7 years how no one is really in charge of anything in this country, especially our safety, but everyone sure likes to talk like they're the boss when they are looking for positive PR.

I'm absolutely not saying that he was programmed to assassinate anyone. As you say, there were no potential targets for assassination. I'm saying that, while his underlying state of mind and his drug intake may well have been 100% responsible for the demeanor that I witnessed on his videos, something seemed off, like something I've seen before in other videos of people who have undergone hypnotic suggestion.

The bigger story is the police response. The trip to the post office and back remains very odd. I want to know more about who was controlling the investigation process on that campus and who they were looking for. I saw 9/11 get explained away as a total series of human errors and confused defensive response, and I know that was a lie, even if many of you don't. I want to know how a double murder happens in a dorm, and the crazy korean guy isn't fingered as the suspect quickly, and the next step isn't to cover or evacuate the classroom building where all his other enemies were. I want to know what went on during those two hours inside the chain of command. The fucking guy is carrying chains and guns. did he carry them to the post office? Did he drive to the post office? Do we know that yet? Did he return from the post office and pick up the guns and the clips and the chains in his own dorm room?

Lot of questions. It went very very smoothly for him that day. He killed two and slipped right back onto campus. Who were the cops looking for, or were they waiting for a higher police agency to take over?

In an eye-opening spur-of-the-moment interview, done on the April 17 Alex Jones radio show, former “long-term” university police officer, George French, questioned why police did not immediately seal off the campus on the morning of the VA Tech shootings.

French has written on the subject of school attacks in the past and possesses valuable experience in and knowledge of university police procedures and norms, lending credence to his comments given Tuesday.

Referring to various styles of campus layouts, including open campuses that have many access points, French stated that it is “routine practice at every campus to seal it off.”

“Setting up a series of roadblocks, controlling access to very large pieces of property, is very much routine on any university campus in Canada and in the United states.”

French continued: “after a double homicide, when you're looking for a dangerous fellow with a firearm, I find it unfathomable that a series of roadblocks weren't set up…to prevent the felon from escaping.”

“It's beyond belief,” French stated. “If you had a snowstorm, the whole education system can be shut down with a few phone calls.” Maps of the VA Tech campus show that “a series of 12 or 15 road blocks” is all that would be needed, and should be implemented immediately by local police in the event of a shooting. However, this basic, standard response was not followed that morning.

Well, he did make the video, took those pictures AND made a trip to the Post Office during the first and second "situations". That could have easily taken two hours. It's not like he was leisurely frolicking about the campus.

Oh, and Alex Jones is a cunt...hardly someone to take seriously.

As usual, blackmarket is severely blind to the point. The question is not, "Was Cho busy between the two shootings?" or "Could he have taken care of all those errands in between the shootings?" The questions are:

Why, based on Cho's reputation among his fellow students, his previous contacts with police regarding the stalking incidents, and his relationship to the first two victims, was Mr. Cho not the prime suspect very soon after the police began investigating the first murders?

Did they not know of Cho's reputation?

Did not a single fellow student point the cops toward the always angry Korean guy in the aftermath of the first shooting?

Why was Cho never a suspect prior to the second massacre, if he wasn't?

Who was the other Asian person shown handcuffed on the lawn after the first murders?

Did the cops think he was the 'angry Korean guy' the students were pointing them towards, if in fact the early interviews mentioned Cho?

Who was the 'person of interest' the cops were allegedly interviewing off campus?
