So, what'll it be?

Is it Can's "Monster Movie", Tangerine Dream "Electronic Meditation", Amon Duul II's "Phallus Dei", Neu!'s s/t, Kraftwerk's 1, or Ash Ra Temple's self-titled?

I know, it's not fair to compare most of these bands, but I'm curious.

I gotta go with Monster Movie on this one despite how great I think that first Neu! record.

I'd actually go with TAGO MAGO or YETI before any of those, but if i had to pick from that list, i'd take the ash ra record. that one is behemoth.

Went with Monster Movie because of my love for "Father Cannot Yell" but almost picked Ash Ra Temple S/T because everytime I finish listening to it, I cannot recall where I'd been for the last 40 minutes.

Where's Faust? Where's Cluster?

I picked Monster Movie, since it's the one I'm most familiar with, although Neu! is really good also. I would agree with Tago Mago being better than Monster Movie. I like Ege Bamyasi a lot also.

I've only heard one Amon Duul album, and nothing by Ash Ra Temple. Not sure about the 1st Krafterk album. I know I never heard Electronic Meditations by Tangerine Dream. All I've heard by them are Alpha Centauri, Phaedra, and Rubycon.
