Oh yes. Was mesmerized by it for most of yesterday afternoon. Does he actually finish a single thought in that entire 8 minutes? But I'm totally going to use "I've cancelled that in my area" as often as possible.

I remember seeing an interview with Cruise a couple years back where he talked about how Scientology saved his life, or made his life, or however he lauded it. Basically, he has a really severe learning disability, something like crippling ADD, which made it so he couldn't even memorize lines. He was not gonna be able to be an actor with his messed up brain. But then he found Dianetics, which fixed him. And thus he credits his success to Hubbard/Dianetics/Scientology or whatever the deal is.

Seems reasonable.
