Gosh this sounds like an attempt at science. I think you may not know what you're talking about here. You've probably lost a little in your translation, and maybe the person whose idea you're coopting here actually said this stuff right.

To be "acidic", Fluoride would have to have a hydrogen atom it's looking to give up. So Hydrogen Fluoride would be an example of an acid. And it's actually a really weak acid, because Fluoride is very electronegative and wants to stay bonded with the Hydrogen.

Oranges and lemons are acidic. Conspiracy!!

The empirical formula of Fluoxetine is C17H18F3NO•HCl. Its molecular weight is 345.79.

Molecular weight of Fluorine x 3 = 18.9984032 x 3 / 345.79 = 16.48% Fluorine by mass.
