We're renting a bedroom in our large 3 bedroom apartment. The neighborhood is Logan Square/Avondale, 5 minute walk to blue line, 15 minute walk to Kuma's. The bedroom is very large. Rent is 300/month + 1/3 utils. We smoke and drink inside. We plan to have lots of cooking out parties this summer. Only rock and rollers need apply. PM if interested.

And why wouldn't a short walk to Kuma's be a selling point? Cause it is. When folks come over for the first time they're like "great place! and close to Kuma's!"

Our awesome roommate is abandoning us for lakeview August 1. Details are the same but now the rent's 330.
The landlord leaves us alone, it's reasonably easy to get downtown, roof parties, awesome, etc.
