I've unfortunately had very minimal exposure to the music of these STNNNG, but let me just say that Chris the Classical may be the only dude who is able to insert the word "blog" into a rock lyric and actually make it sound funny and clever.

I like rock bands I have difficulty describing to other people. STNNNG have me running for the thesaurus.

One of a handful of really amazing bands coming out of the midwest right now. "New National Anthem" is a staple of any mix I make for friends, and also includes my favorite phrase; "panty sniffer."

Glad I saw them twice before moving out to Colorado.

I generally say that if Mark E. Smith and the dad from Teen Wolf had a baby and the baby grew up with Teen Wolf dad's looks (after the wolf came out, of course) and Smith's personality traits, then began ranting often laugh-out-loud lyrics over some sort of combination (at least to my ears) of Arab on Radar, Chavez, and Colossamite, complete with absolutely kick ass drumming.

My favorite band going right now. I would again bug you guys to play Denver, but Denver doesn't deserve you.

i like and listen to the records quite a bit, but their live show really blows me away.
