Benadrian and I are heading back to the Midwest to see our families in May. On May 21st, we'll likely get dropped off in Chicago from Indianapolis such that my family can pick us up and herald us north to Pulaski the next day. I'd like to hit up either Kuma's or Hot Dougs or both, as Mr. Adrian has not been to either.

Ben also hasn't met too many PRFers and I'd like to show him how awesome PRF Chicago Contingent is, since I would very much like to persuade him to move to Chicago eventually, as California can suck it.

Is anything going on? I realize that it's mid-week and I could also probably just have my parents pick us up immediately and drive us north to Green Bay after a Portillo's dinner or something easy. I'd like to stay in Chicago and consume artisan sausages and enjoy the advent of summer, but if it's not happening on a Wednesday night then I will skip it altogether and go northward.

PM me a Myspace address or something. I just found out last night that tipcat's best friend lives within walking distance of our apartment.

I'm thinking that perhaps the bar meet-up might work best, since it is a weeknight and it's not like we can have a cook-out or anything. I have a few non-PRF friends that I'd like to see as well, so I'll try to figure out something they'd be able to attend using pubic transit.

May not be your cup of tea, but three great local hardcore bands and a band from Spain at Beat Kitchen. 3 of the 4 bands sing at least partially in Spanish, so brush up!
