I tend to like a band's 2nd record the best out of all of them, I've noticed. It's because they are still excited about making music....they are just a little more sure of themselves and well, better. They got a taste of what it's like to be making music and are hungry to make more.


My second girl was a one time thing at a block party in like, Beverly or Evergreen or something. Few years older. Someone's sister. Absolutely gorgeous. HUGE boobs. Punk girl. Ridiculous. We were playing some sort of egg toss game, she was my partner. She got egg on her shirt. I offered to let her wear an extra t shirt I had brought. It was a Butthole Surfers 'Pioghed' t shirt I got for free from somewhere. We go upstairs in her room so she can change and in the process of her changing her shirt we did the nasty. She had a waterbed. I did surprisingly well and was surprisingly relaxed.

Somehow, mere weeks after losing my v-card I was drunk off my ass in a bar in London after being stood up by the girl who had done the aforementioned deflowering. This blonde Canadian girl who was older than me basically picked me up and we headed up to the flat I was staying in. I didn't actually realise we had sex because I was so very, very drunk. I found out a few years later when it turned out she'd gone back to Canada pregnant and had my child. I wonder how many people here conceived when they were 16? Not many is my guess.

For reference, Angela married her high school sweetheart when she went back to Ontario and they raised the child as their own with my blessing. They also had a little boy a year later. I try to see them when I can but there's really no need for her to ever know that her father isn't her biological father. Plus, her real father is fucking minted and they did a real good job raising her thus far.

second time, seventeen, also drunk off my ass in a car outside a house party with a girl who musta been about twenty-two who worked as an administrative assistant & coach at my high school. one time thing. think she kinda went through alot of the boys. we got along real well & hung out often enough afterwards but never talked about it. she disappeared my tardies till i graduated though.

i used to hate the fact that i started off this way. but you discover that "like the first time(s)" is, though cliche, very true.
