Arab Strap. I love this band. Love them. Philophobia is one of my all-time favorite albums, but I like 'em all. NOT CRAP.

Slight waffle factor because they've done shows with Bright Eyes, indie rock's own John Maher (or whatever that guy's name is).

Agree 100%, I don't think I'll be buying any more of their albums if it's gonna be another round of cheesey drum machine + skowtish accent + mellow guitar + lyrics about walking home. Philophobia did that just nicely, but I doubt I'd want more.

It has "One Four Seven One" on it, one of my favorite 'Strap songs.

The new album's a return to form - Malcolm Middleton is a pop genius, it would seem. "Philophobia" is one of my favourite albums ever. The soundtrack to my late teens.
