The album, Permission to Land, is not crap. Though I haven't heard anything else from this band, I would venture to say I have not heard Justin Hawkins' equal as far as range and vocal manipulation are concerned. Maybe Jeff Buckley, but he doesn't rock nearly as hard.

The radio single is about the only piece of crap on the album.
be good or be good at it....

I thought it was a joke. Spinal Tap Duex.
But one of those MTV jokes that aren't funny. (example: I still can't tell if the show "Extreme Dating" is a joke or not. I certainly laugh through the entire thing)
Chris Hardings
More implosion lest I need, no wait, karowack need imposter

the darkness are an ironic joke... but the thing is they are so ironic that they have come full circle and are verging on taking themselves seriously... the thing is, once the joke wears off (and it's wearing thin already) we're gonna be left with a shitty cock rock outfit that do indeed suck - CRAPPITY CRAP

Ha ha! Guess what I say: NOT CRAP.

I saw an interview with them, and they are articulate and very specific about their goals with music. Their aim, supposedly, is to bring back the element of stupidity and fun into heavy metal. I think it is a brave and wise choice.

And it makes me laugh, and sometimes, it rocks.
But I digress. Please continue with the squirrel circuit semantic debate.

Haha, that's a worthy goal!

Haha, no, it actually isn't.
