The Monkees, but honestly, everyone should love the Monkees.

Duran Duran is my main one.
I have two older sisters. Oldest one was in love with John Taylor. Middle one was in love with Simon Le Bon. And as a result, I was subjected to all of DD's music.
I've seen them live thrice and thought they were fantastic. Excellent rhythm section.
Great band, no shame in that. They owe quite a bit to Japan, IMO. Whereas Japan was more arty, DD was music for the masses. Which leads to...
Depeche Mode. Are we not supposed to like them?

Duran Duran, Depeche Mode, Def Leppard. I don't hate the Smashing Pumpkins. I don't particularly like them, but I won't change the station if they're on. They're OK.

Don't really believe in guilty pleasures, or believing that I am supposed to like or not like a band. I'm way past high school. I'll bite.
Ratt
Pantera
Bob Seger
Twisted Sister

The first Linkin Park album, the first couple of Korn albums (I was not in my teens when any of those came out).

That first Korn album could be great but I find the angry-crybaby vocals to be insufferable.
Mellencamp is so crass that I howl with laughter, and his band is solid.

Usual don't believe in guilty pleasures bit....
That one Understand album. It rubs up against so much emo-ey awfulness and the singing is rotten, yet I absolutely love it.

Kid Rock - Devil Without a Cause (the album, and that's it)
The Bloodhound Gang - One Fierce Beer Coaster
I did feel a bit of guilt liking Marilyn Manson's Antichrist Superstar, but now I feel I'm going to have to listen to that album on my iPod, under the covers, with all the lights out. And then don't tell anyone.
