GOING BALD!!!!

1
This has been an all time struggle for me in the last couple of years.

Although we have easily acceptable options in the neighborhood, Bosnia and Turkey, I feel like it's kinda cheating the genetics and respectable way of aging with dignity.

What say you!? Is getting a hair transplant Crap or Not Crap!?
Nothing major here. Just a regular EU cock. I pull it out and there is beans all over my penis. Bean shells all over my penis...

At 47, I'm super lucky to still have a full head of hair, so I'm going to have to answer vicariously.

If I were balding, I'd probably go all-in on the baldness and make a habit of wearing a super cool hat. Just not a ballcap.

At age 46, I have finally pretty much gone bald on top, so I tend to just keep everything pretty close-cropped. I look like that Uncle Festive dude if I fully shave my head, so close-cropped seems like a good compromise.

I have so much else going against my appearance that I'd get hair transplants if I had unlimited money. I do not have unlimited money!

LOL bravo!

IMO you gotta roll with it. When I had a full head of hair it was very fine/thin to begin with. By my late 20s I started feeling ridiculous fighting the inevitable and started buzzing my remaining hair real short. It wasn't long before I accepted being a Bald Dude. It's fine. Fighting it will almost always look silly in comparison. Unless you've got the guts to go full skullet, in which case go nuts!

Pros:
- Easy self hair cuts, I've saved money by not having gone to a barber in almost 2 decades.
- Hats! You can wear one with hair too, but whatever.

Cons:
- No built-in sun/cold protection for your scalp anymore.
- Not a universal experience, but my own mother is a Male Pattern Baldness Denier. She thinks men go bald by "using cheap shampoo" and "wearing hats too often". I tell her she's so wrong and we both just laugh about it.

When I was around 35, I had a little male pattern baldness starting which coincided with getting a job that required me to get out of bed at all hours, put on a suit, and go to where grieving families waited, so I just started shaving my head rather than mess with my hair for those moments. That was in 2001, and I haven't let my hair grow out since. I guess I avoided having to make any sort of ego-driven decision out of practicality. Can't vote, although I do like how I look.

I went back to college to finish my degree with the sole intent of getting a job that paid enough that I could justify hair loss treatment plans. By the time I got there, I couldn't be bothered any more. Just like I wore a mask in the pandemic to protect others from covid, I wear a hat to protect other's eyes from the glare.

Crap but also there's way way more important and meaningful shit in my life than my physical appearance.
