Other: "VAMPIRE'S KISS"

INSANELY over-the-top performance, but only an select few will "get" it. Brilliant, criminally underrated movie. For those who haven't seen it, imagine Romero's "Martin" as a pitch-black comedy with Martin as an 80's yuppie. Way ahead of its time (you'll notice a lot of overlap with "American Psycho", although this was filmed even before the book was published). Watch for a guest musical appearance by the cult NYC minimal funk/post-punk band ESG.

Also, Cage says "cunt" in it at least five times.

...You'll probably hate it.
While I have no strong opinion of this actor, it usually depends on the movie. I think this poll isn't representative of his "worst" efforts with the exception of "The Family Man" and "Gone in Sixty Seconds". World Trade Center hasn't even been released yet.

Exluding those others selected, I would put in place the following.

Fire Birds
Amos & Andrew (hello!)
City of Angels (Wim Wenders version did it better)
8mm
Captain Corelli's Mandolin
Windtalkers ( come on, ten times worse than Woo/Cage's Face/Off)
National Treasure
How about Snake Eyes? (that was a complete waste of time)

Raising Arizona is extremely N/C, though

Um, Raising Arizona?

Um, Wild at Heart is one of the greatest movies ever. EVER.

As of late though, i am not a Cage fan. And what's with the WTC movie?

Uh? You guys think he was good in both these movies?

Think again my friends, think again.........

Nic's getting no kudos for ESG unless he specifically requested their inclusion....

I'm a VAMPIIIRE! I'm a VAMPIIIRE!

Brilliantly funny and shamefully underrated. I've seen it with peeps who get it and those who don't, and I gotta say it's NO FUN to watch this movie
with the latter.

So Satan's a bald woman?

Therefore Sinead O'Connor is the Antichrist!

I agree with the sentiment, but "From Here to Eternity" was only 12 years after the attacks on Pearl Harbor. Or, if you don't count that one, "Tora! Tora! Tora!" was 29 years after. But I agree with the sentiment.

Back on topic. "The Rock" and "Conair" were highly dumb, but fun. "Gone in 60 Seconds" was shit, no fun. Haven't seen the other three, but "Face/Off" looked like there might be some fun to it. I'm guessing WTC "wins", but I dunno.
Why do you make it so scary to post here.
