"The Kill" is on Still. The one that goes "and through it all I kept my eyes on you".
"The Kill" on "Warsaw" (the version with the baby on the cover) is a different song altogether. they just recycled the title for the "through it all I kept my eyes on you" song on Still.
The Warners demos on the box set are actually demos for Genetic Records, a Warners subsidiary at the time (early '79, before the band had committed to Factory). The band only recorded 5 tracks with Martin Rushent for Genetic, four of which ended up on the box set (Ice Age, Insight, Transmission and Glass) - a 5th was recorded as well, "Digital", but has never been officially released (it is on a few sundry bootlegs however, in lower quality than the session tracks on the box set).
The "RCA demos" is a whole 'nother story. It's the first 11 tracks of the "Warsaw" album, which was recorded, as an album, for an RCA subsidiary in May '78. The band disowned the album when the producers put synths on some of the tracks, against the band's wishes. The band and the RCA subsidiary never came to terms with the recording, and eventually the band bought the tapes back from the RCA subsidiary for a few thousand pounds. Only a few songs from this session ended up on the box set (The Drawback, Interzone and Shadowplay).
The original Warsaw bootleg release was on RZM Records. Legend has it that Factory Records partner Alan Erasmus had the bootleg manufactured himself (say it aloud, "RZM...Erasmus") in '81 or so, due to a spat he was having at the time with either his partners in Factory or the band themselves.
