I changed the title from Room to Apartment because we're getting out of this place. We are reletting. It is just too expensive for two poor college students and roommates suck so we're getting a 2 bedroom elsewhere. This is going on CL too but thought I'd put it here. I SWEAR this has nothing to do with Shady Landlord's last post.

Ctrl Park and Mwke
3 bedroom 1 bathroom
Enormous
1 bedroom is about 8x10, the others are more like 12x12 with large closets, also there is a walk in closet.
2nd floor Corner unit, lots of light
Brand new windows so heat is not too expensive
Hardwoods, high ceilings, nice neighbors, awesome roof
Oh yeah the kitchen is gigantic, eat in opened up space with the living room
The living room and one of the bedrooms are cool weird shapes
Easy street parking, blue line is 5 minute walk
$935 + utils
Also, does anyone know of a 2 bedroom apartment in a nice area for 850 or less?
