How skeptical should one be about a near-instant job interview request from something called "Job Bot"? Has anyone been thru one of these before?
The future is bullshit.
edit: it was just an automated chatbot. Basically a 'fancy' questionnaire. Whatever.
Re: Little Details from Your Day
1803Have had a semi-busy week that included an appointment with a drone photographer who, as it turns out, also happens to be from Wisconsin and lived in Minneapolis for a spell. We chatted a bit about First Avenue and it was rather amusing. Am wondering now how many of the people I might encounter here are actually from here. This state has the largest percentage of transplants of any in the country.
When the sun’s been out, the weather here has been splendid, especially in the late afternoon. Has that quality of being a decent foil for either shorts or slacks, a light top or something more insulated. That’s the stuff right there. Tourists are probably drawn to the more hot and humid “beach weather,” but I enjoy more moderate temps that more resemble “Indian Summer” in the north.

1804I had a dream last night (couldn't find the dream thread) where I was telling someone about a collective in rural Sweden where death metal musicians live. They don't have to live in the city and they can get by comfortably on their little government ABBA checks. I'd like to think such a thing actually exists.

1805It is the year 2024, and studio execs are still really fucking dumb.

1807Amazing. If there's any info about that online / photos etc. I'd absolutely love to see it.
